Abu Dhabi Curtains and Decor provides custom curtains, blinds, carpets and sofa upholstery services including measurement, tailoring and installation. All products are custom-made based on client specifications and confirmed orders.
All quotations are provided based on measurements and fabric selections at the time of consultation. Prices may vary depending on fabric type, design complexity and installation requirements. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, as they are tailored to specific client requirements.
We aim to complete all orders within the agreed timeline. Delivery and installation schedules are subject to availability and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If any manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us within 7 days of installation for review and resolution.
Abu Dhabi Curtains and Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.
